Note
- This book was prepared for the Oblates of St. Meinrad's Archabbey, St. Meinrad, Indiana, by Father Austin Newberry, OSB and Father Meinrad Brune, OSB, Present Director of the Oblate program at St. Meinrad's.
- The office includes musical notation for antiphons, responsories and other sung portions of the office. The Psalms can also be sung. The translation of the Psalms is the ICEL text published in 1994.
- The book contains other material important for the life of an oblate: included are additional prayers and devotions, ceremonies of investiture and oblation, discussions on oblate life, Benedictine spirituality, etc. There is also a Benedictine calendar.
